Lars is the Group CFO of the Valcon Group. He has strong international financial, strategic and managerial experience, capable of managing all financial and operational aspects. He is especially experienced within M&A, transfer pricing, project management and development and implementation of strategy.

What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
The most interesting business dilemma at the moment as I see it is how Denmark and the Danish companies will deal with disruption of their old business models and be on the forefront with structural changes to keep profitability in place.
