What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
Within our areas, it is the entire end-to-end issue, including more specifically supplier development and new product introduction. The market has become less predictable with more variations. This makes requirements of correspondingly flexible supply chain set-up and flexible capacity set-up in production units.
The executive agenda is also an interesting dilemma. A lot of companies have improved for many years, but the next step is to get management to support the transformation either experienced or awaiting.

The best advice someone ever gave to you?
Most barriers or the opposite lie in your mindset.

To me, Valcon means a consulting company with a lot of competent and inspired people working on improving our clients’ performance/targets with a down-to-earth and practical attitude.
