What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
How to navigate in a context of globalisation, digitalisation, disruption and technological opportunities. The C-suite has to be able to read the opportunities and define their business based on these opportunities. A key challenge will be how to ensure that you have the right team in a world where the learning curve is growing steeper and steeper.

Focus on matters that you can actually influence – and go 100% for it.

I’m really inspired when I hear about new supply chain solutions where the right thinking has ensured the company a competitive advantage. From my point of view, supply chain management is an area where you can increase operations, the bottom line and the level of customer service at the same time by making the right solution based on the right thinking – not by investing a lot of money. I have seen this in several cases, and I like this.
