What do you think is the most interesting dilemma on the business agenda right now?
How managements act in a global context of disruption, technological opportunities, increased transparency, etc., where the company as a concept or unit is changing radically. Companies are today, and even more so tomorrow, defined from the outside in, not the other way round. They are defined by markets, customers and citizens making demands on speed, agility, access and so forth, but in a context of executive managements still acting and defining directions based on an obsolete paradigm.

The best advice someone ever gave to you?
The only thing you really can influence is NOW. Not the past – not the future. Therefore be in the now.

What does The HOW mean to you?
Strengthening the company’s and management’s capability to execute strategy and reach (and exceed) their targets. Furthermore, bringing companies into and helping them navigate safely and efficiently in a constantly changing world order.
